Equipment that holds temperature when the orders stack up
Domestic-grade equipment fails in a commercial kitchen because it was never designed for a twelve-hour duty cycle. Everything we supply is built for continuous commercial use, with the recovery times, build quality and serviceability that go with it.
Because we are brand-independent, we specify the unit that fits your menu, your throughput and your budget — not the one we are contracted to move. If a cheaper unit does the job, we will tell you.

What we supply
Single units for replacement, or full cook lines for a new store. Every quote states the model, the lead time and what installation involves.
Fryers
Pressure fryers, open fryers, single and twin tank, gas and electric, with filtration options for kitchens running high volumes.
Ovens
Convection, combi and deck ovens for bakeries, restaurants and franchise kitchens, sized to your production volumes.
Ranges & griddles
Gas and electric ranges, flat-top and ribbed griddles, chargrills and salamanders for the main cook line.
Steamers & holding
Steamers, bain-maries, hot cupboards and holding cabinets that keep food at safe service temperature.
Extraction
Canopies, filters and ducting specified alongside your cook line so the kitchen passes inspection.
Stainless fabrication
Benches, shelving, sinks and bespoke stainless work made to fit the space you actually have.
Buying advice worth having before you spend
Size it to your peak, not your average
Equipment specified for average covers falls behind at peak and never catches up. Tell us your busiest hour and we will size from that.
Check your utilities before you choose
Gas supply, three-phase availability and extraction capacity decide what you can actually install. We check this before quoting, not after delivery.
Ask what the spares look like in three years
A cheap unit with no parts pipeline is expensive the day it fails. We only supply equipment we can keep running.
